Eligibility for Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
